I realize it’s approaching half a year since the last time I posted anything on this blog. I’m not really sure how that happened.
This silence should not be taken to mean that I’m dead or that I have stopped working on anything or everything.
cInput has reached a point where it is pretty solid. We haven’t gotten many bug reports or even new feature requests in a while. That said, I am working on an update to cInput.
I’ve also been working on an update to Blasteroids. The update will add a few more features and totally overhaul the UI. In addition to that, I’ve been working on getting the game ported to the Windows Store. I have an initial build of the game up and working in the Windows Store, but I’ve encountered some issues that are keeping me from using all of the planned new features on the Windows Store version. So that’s taking a while.
In addition to that, I’m also working on another project which seems to be eternally in the “we can probably get this finished by the end of the month” stage. The saying that the last 10% takes 90% of the work rings so true. . .
But it’s my goal to post something to this blog at least once a month, in an effort to both keep myself accountable for my time and to let anyone who may be following the things I do know that I haven’t abandoned this site or its projects.
In conclusion, I leave you with this:
