An update to cInput has been submitted to the Asset Store and the cInput website. If you bought cInput from the Asset Store then the update should be available within a few (business) days. If you bought it from the website then the update is available right now.

We’ve also created a new Dev Edition of cInput that is intended to allow developers to test cInput to see if it will fit their needs and test the product before purchasing. cInput Dev Edition is provided free of charge for internal, evaluational, or educational purposes only. So if you’re not yet sold on cInput and want to test it out, give cInput Dev Edition a try.

cInput changes:

  • Axes no longer return 0 if deltaTime is 0. (Thanks Mel)
  • SetAxis no longer resets the axis inversion to false. (Thanks SpectralRook)
  • Changed Script Execution Order for cInput so that it runs before other scripts.
  • No more errors if cGUI files are missing. (Thanks Shyam)
  • An important debug log warning is no longer commented out. (Thanks Shyam)
